Tianjin Xuhui Hengyuan Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and, in 2008, became the first enterprise to commence production in the Koudong Development Zone of Baodi District. The company currently occupies 130,000 square meters and has a registered capital of RMB 45.44 million. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacture of food-grade packaging, hazardous‑chemical packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and medical device packaging—including medical protective clothing, masks, and other epidemic‑prevention supplies. In 2016, the company was listed on the New Third Board under the stock abbreviation “Xuhui Shares,” with the stock code 835540.

Actively respond to the country’s Belt and Road Initiative.

The company has established strategic partnerships with numerous listed enterprises, including PetroChina, Sinopec, and China Shenhua. At the same time, it actively supports the national Belt and Road Initiative, conducts business with chemical companies in China’s northwest and southwest regions, and has exported its products to multiple countries.

Party Branch Development

Leading and driving corporate culture development through Party building is a distinctive guiding principle of Sunac China. The company established its Party branch in April 2007 and has since been recognized by the Organization Department of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the CPC and the Working Committee for Non‑Public Economic Organizations and Social Organizations of Tianjin as a municipal-level model site for Party building. In addition, leveraging its own resources and strategically organizing functional zones, the company has comprehensively developed a Party‑building activity center and employee activity hub spanning nearly 5,000 square meters. This facility comprises five major functional areas—corporate history and achievements, an honors exhibition, a red‑culture collection hall, Party member services, and employee activities—providing a robust platform for deepening education on the “Four Histories.” The red‑culture collection hall further showcases rare original documents and materials, with its holdings now exceeding one million items, making it a collaborative Party‑building base for numerous enterprises and institutions. To date, it has welcomed over 400,000 visitors, including Party members and employees from municipal and district-level organizations, veterans, foreign diplomats accredited to China, and teachers and students from primary and secondary schools.

Social Responsibility Fulfillment

For more than two decades, Xuhui Co., Ltd. has consistently and proactively given back to the Party and the state, to society, and to the people, taking initiative in areas such as non‑public‑sector Party building, poverty alleviation, epidemic prevention and control, and public welfare and charity. To date, the company has donated over RMB 7 million in cash and materials to charitable organizations and those in need. In 2020, the company pivoted across industries to ensure the supply of epidemic‑prevention materials. In 2021, it rushed to Henan to support flood‑control efforts, and subsequently, following outbreaks in Gansu, Shanxi, Xinji City in Hebei, and Shanghai, it dispatched donations—including protective suits, masks, and water pumps—to affected regions. On April 19, 2022, it donated 10,000 medical protective suits to Baoshan District in Shanghai to bolster the city’s epidemic‑prevention and control work. From July 31 to August 4, 2023, the company mobilized all employees to prepare flood‑control supplies, working overtime and delivering these materials through the night to support flood‑control operations in Beichen and Jinghai.
